    Tout d’abord, merci pour la rapidité de la livraison. Cependant, je souhaite vous signaler une différence importante entre le produit reçu et celui présenté sur votre site. Sur votre site, la planche des Canadiens de Montréal affiche un fond bleu — celui que nous avions choisi — alors que celle reçue a un fond rouge. De plus, le logo des Canadiens est légèrement flou, alors qu’il apparaît parfaitement net en ligne.

    Étant donné qu’il s’agit d’un cadeau d’hôtes pour un grand amateur de cette équipe et que nous en aurons besoin très bientôt, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas procéder à un retour. Je tenais néanmoins à vous en informer, car il s’agit d’un produit unique et ce genre de détail est important.

    First of all, thank you for the fast delivery. However, I would like to point out a noticeable difference between the product received and the one shown on your website. On your site, the Canadiens de Montréal board has a blue background — the one we preferred — but the one we received has a red background. Additionally, the Canadiens logo is slightly blurred, whereas it appears crystal clear on the website.

    Since this is a host gift for a big fan of the team and we will need it very soon, we unfortunately cannot return it. I still wanted to bring this to your attention, as this is a unique item and such details are important.
